[Hill Laboratories Building]
Hill Laboratories is located in Frazer, Pennsylvania. From this location, Howard Hill third generation president, oversees a large facility where the Hill Anatomotor and a full line of electric elevation tables, the Hill Adjustables are produced. Each Hill table is made to order using superior materials and some of today’s most advanced manufacturing techniques.

The process starts with raw materials. Steel is shipped and brought into the metal shop where it is cut, fabricated and prepared for standardized jigs used in the welding phase.

Next, a computer-driven robotic welder executes programmed commands for each table frame and base with accuracy and amazing speed. These weldments compose the sturdy base and understructure of every Hill table. The frames and bases are then taken to be prepped, cleaned and finally sprayed with a high-quality automotive paint.
Specially treated, high quality vinyl is patterned using a state-of-the-art computerized upholstery cutter. Each pattern is cut according to customer specifications and sewn by a skilled seamstress. These sewn patterns are then stretched over foamed wood and upholstered with care, one at a time.

Finally, with all components finished, each Hill Table is built to order. There are no assembly lines at Hill Laboratories. Every Hill table is built from start to finish by a single assembler whose name is recorded with each table he builds. This, together with computer-aided drafting and product testing, help to assure that attention to detail and quality assurance are maintained.
